The directors of the company are experienced in providing expert witness reports involving disputes over claims/cover between client and broker.
C.V.’s of the Directors are available upon request to ascertain our suitability to act on any particular case. Many disputes centre on FSA rules & guidance and the directors have had hands on experience in all aspects of compliance since the FSA took over the regulation of general insurance.
We are normally engaged by solicitors acting for policyholders in such disputes and are happy to review a case at no cost before indicating a costing for the report and the appropriate timescale in which it can be prepared.
